- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Content Ownership and License
Match data, statistics, and league information may be sourced from third parties. AI-generated analysis is provided "as is" without warranty. User-generated content remains owned by the user, but you grant TikiScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Service.
6. Data Accuracy and Error Disclaimer
6.1 Data Sources. All data displayed on this platform (including but not limited to match scores, statistics, league tables, odds, lineups, player information, and AI-generated predictions) is sourced from third-party public data providers, automated web scraping, third-party APIs, or machine learning models.
6.2 No Warranty of Accuracy. TikiScore does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data. Possible errors include, but are not limited to:
- Real-time score delays, missed updates, or incorrect scores;
- Lineup, substitution, or goal attribution errors;
- Odds display inconsistencies with actual bookmaker quotes;
- Standings calculation lag or temporary deviations;
- AI prediction outcomes diverging from actual match results;
- Team / league / player name spelling, translation, or attribution errors;
- Missing, duplicated, or out-of-date historical data.
6.3 User Assumes All Risk. Any judgment, decision, or action you take based on data from this platform is at your sole risk. Platform data does NOT constitute betting advice, investment advice, business decision basis, or any professional consultation.
6.4 Platform Disclaims All Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikiScore expressly disclaims all liability for the following losses, under any legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.):
- Direct or indirect financial losses arising from data errors, delays, omissions, or misleading information;
- Lost opportunities, lost anticipated profits, erroneous commercial decisions, data loss, or reputational harm;
- Any consequences resulting from third-party data source errors, API failures, scraping delays, or automated processing biases;
- Any losses arising from AI model prediction errors;
- Any losses suffered after you use platform data for wagering, trading, or any decision-making (the platform strictly prohibits gambling — see Disclaimer).
6.5 Reporting and Correction. If you discover obvious data errors, please report them via Contact Us. We will review and correct within a reasonable time, but assume no liability for failure to detect or correct errors in a timely manner.
6.6 Irrevocability. By continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to fully accept this clause. The scope of this disclaimer is not narrowed by your failure to read it.
7. General Disclaimer of Warranties
Beyond Section 6, the Service as a whole is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated predictions are statistical inferences for entertainment only and must not be used as a basis for financial decisions or wagering.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikiScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. The aggregate liability of TikiScore for all claims is limited to USD 100 or the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months (whichever is lower).
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, including any posting of gambling-related content.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
